The Corner House is a stylish new space where everyone can meet, eat, drink, play, shop, learn and even exercise. Located in Brook Green, The Corner House has been created by locals for all locals to enjoy.
Our hope is that The Corner House will become part of the bustle of daily life in this little pocket of west London – with no membership required!
CAFé and restaurant
Our café and restaurant serves up fresh, tasty and seasonal food throughout the day.
We are delighted to offer artisan specialty coffee from Caravan Coffee Roasters, a full range of teas by T2 and delicious cold pressed juices from Press. Also available is an array of daily salads, sandwiches, cakes and treats to eat in or take away.
In the afternoon and evening, we have an inspired menu of sharing boards, nibbles and seasonal bowls.
Children are well looked after at The Corner House, and we promise to feed our younger guests well whatever time they visit.
We have a small retail space containing an irresistible selection of well-sourced deli items and gifts. Here, you can pick up anything from a loaf of The Slow Bread Company’s sourdough, to a bottle of delicious wine or a candle for a friend.
Rooms for Hire
All of our spaces are available for private hire. Whatever occasion you are celebrating, we’d love to help you pull it off. We are particularly good at hosting and catering children’s birthday parties. To discuss any of this and for quotes and more information, please email us at email@example.com.
Downstairs, we have a beautifully designed indoor play area, which even includes its own wooden Corner House. For a small fee, your children can safely enjoy our dream world of toys, books, games, dressing-up clothes, table football and make-believe. Meanwhile, you can keep an eye on them from the comfort of our extended café area, flat white firmly in hand.

As part of our commitment to the local neighbourhood, we are thrilled to be running the new Pavilion in partnership with The Friends of Brook Green. It is located on the south side of Brook Green, by the tennis courts and playground.
Every day, our staff will be at the kiosk offering coffee from Caravan Coffee Roasters, tea and hot chocolate, plus a range of cold drinks, juices and ice creams. The Corner House’s daily salad and sandwich specials will also be available to take away from The Pavilion.
The Corner House was created by Victoria Emmerson, Annabel Fitzwilliams and Peter Narizzano.
Having lived in Brook Green for years – and with children at the same local nursery school – Victoria and Annabel found their conversation returning time and again to the lack in the area of a family-friendly hub, a stylish hangout that would serve the needs of the neighbourhood they love.
They envisaged a space that would cater to the whole community: children, parents, professionals working from home or popping in from the office – and everybody in between.
It would provide a clean and enticing indoor play area; it would host a range of classes for all ages; it would serve exquisite but simple food and the perfect flat white; it would have an irresistible wine list and the earliest and longest licence hours possible.
Meanwhile Peter, an enthusiastic cook with a small but flourishing catering business, was seeking to open an informal, neighbourhood café. On January 21, 2016, Victoria and Annabel enticed him to a meeting to discuss whether three people’s nascent ideas could become one viable venture. On January 19, 2017, The Corner House opened its doors.
WHO WE ARE
A local mother of two with a background in finance, Victoria set up the Green Bean coffee van on Brook Green in 2014. Though the van has moved on, The Pavilion has been built in its place and The Corner House is extremely proud to supply it.
Born in London and having lived in Brook Green – with her husband and three children – for almost a decade, Annabel is passionate about serving both the deserving community and the discerning customer.
Born in Fulham in a food-obsessed family, Peter is set to become a father for the first time very soon. Heavily influenced by his training at Ballmaloe Cookery School in Ireland, Peter used to run his own catering business. He is now relishing the opportunity to offer his food in a casual setting to customers of all ages at The Corner House.
We love hearing from our customers. Tell us what you think of The Corner House. We are sorry, but we have dispensed with the fax machine.
